The Future of Supply Chain

I think the future of supply chain is now going to not just be about speed at all costs, but about efficient optimization. It's not just about everyone needs it within an hour and in consumer electronics in particular, that's not true. They want it when they want it, which is actually harder. And I think that's where tools like generative AI and some of the new tools coming out that I believe personally will be the future of where we go from. Are we all soon going to have a virtual or artificial experience in some form in shopping? When is that going to come?
