The Importance of Diversity in UX Research

One of the criticisms leveled against, levied against AI is that it can be discriminatory. How can UX research potentially make AI more equitable? I think there are different levels to making AI more equitable. There aren't enough researchers in my opinion that have diverse backgrounds. This career itself is very lucrative. It's very critical to designing products and businesses. But I've noticed I'm the only person of color at my company.
