There's a sense of- They've got something to prove. For me, something to proving. And then there's the other piece that I've also seen among second generation and third generation owners is they have this sort of conflict with being the guardian of the business as opposed to its owner. So for folks who are in that situation of having inherited a business, doing the work ideally before you get to this sale conversation about what the inherited story is. We want to kind of have our eyeballs on all of the variables that are shaping how we enter a sale.
