The Importance of Self-Control in Relationships

I think, yeah, it's just relationships also complex. We have to remind ourselves that we can't control the outcome of a relationship. The only common denominator among all your relationships is you. So if they're not working, which is what I found for me, it was my fault. I was the problem. And so, that's what I wanted to learn. You do want to have control over as much of yourself as possible. That's what therapists help us do. All the rest of this has kind of been preset since the age of seven as who I am as a person,. has been hardened into place, my framework, by my genetics and his environment.
