Is China's COVID Policy Reversal Coming?

The rise of tech driven authoritarianism has coincided with a moment of weakness, confusion, and paralysis among countries that are supposed to best embody the benefits of democratic government. The book wraps things up in early 2022. Things could turn around again. I'm not saying they couldn't. But at the moment, things here look a little bit better and things over there look a little more riddle between the zero COVID policy reversal. And even just recently, the news reminding us of China's long term demographic struggles that they're likely to hit.
