CNN's John Defterios talks with Warren Buffett about his new book, "Fintuit" He says a lot of people have an outdated view of how the monetary system works. And that could be very frustrating for people like him or Warren who are trying to figure it out. But he also believes there is always some sort of confounding variable outside those closed-loop systems.
