What Is the Black White Gap?

The size of the black white i c gap has usually been seit a, at one standard deviation. In fact, there was a major reduction in the gap for people born from early part of twentieth century through mid 19 seventies. For tests administered to people born since o 19 73, the black white difference has been virtually unchanging. And so when we look at whatever the differences are in employment, whatever, what is going on right now explains a lot of what's happening right now in terms of backs on the ground.
