How to Fix Failures of Strategies
Amazon is the king of fast fixes in strategic failures. When failure is cheap with a strategy, act quickly. Within 20 months, amazon released auctions, shut it down, launch z shops and then market place. The third and final stage of failure, per james, is clear failure of vision. Your vision is you're non negotiable. It is the north star that you will not budge on.
