Canadian Stock Market - Is the Housing Market Taking Off?

In canada, i like to look at am, some sort of housing bell weathers. A mean of five out of the six m stalks that i track are up in absolute terms. And relative to the market, there they're out performed by 20%. So i just tink something to keep in ou maybe it's just, you now, may be us just like a dead cat bonce, or whatever it isutSomething to keep an eye on, how much of that is like that bear market bounds.
