The algarithm is one of the world's largest and most successful export trading companies. The company has been around for more than a century, but was founded in 1996 by former Nigerian Prime Minister Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala. It now employs about 2,000 people across several countries including South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya. In an interview with CNN iReporters, Mr Okoroa says he still likes to 'elbow' his way into meetings at work.
