I don't have the personal experience of kind of coming up through HR. So my interactions with HR have been primarily through our transformation projects. On the one hand, very commonly, there are people like they are like they care about people. They want it to be better. And also, I have worked on transformation projects where we essentially had to hide from HR. As soon as HR knows we're here, it's going to be a kind of a shit show. so let's just like stay away.
