Caffeine and Insomnia

Caffeine is good for you in reasonably small amounts. Two to four coffees a day with two espresso shots, it's a huge amount of caffeine. I've only recently realized why I've had six years of insomnia. It's because I've been having a second coffee. Just two coffees, but one a bit too late in the day about 2pm through pm. And it keeps me up. But if we take it in a sensible amount, a sensible measure, that it's beneficial for our health in many ways.
