The main problem is hot as its scale. Alotof guys have great pianeles, and their sharp is really strongbut they just don't scale. If you actually have real big boy money, you can't put it to work so fast that they don't evenknowhat to do about it. So there are a lot of problems with that. But it ultimately boils down too ou know, what is your strategy? Does it scale? And now, does it scale at the terms of the deal?
