The yield on the 10-year, pushing up by around 12 basis points as following kind of a push-hiring yield in Europe earlier. There's certainly more cushion and there is an alternative on the margin to equities, at least here in the short term. But I do think the longer-term trend is what you're alluding to, which is the Fed is looking for evidence that the employment picture is indeed softening.
