The Importance of Systemic Change
It's very hard to make this transition without having no most an economic collapse in a sense. So what we need is a pretty holistic systemic change across many dimensions. And you can push and push for the system change and it feels so intractable, but actually systems don't change like that. What happens is the conditions for change become get closer and closer and you don't see any of that change. But then suddenly the conditions that enable that change arrive and suddenly the change can be very rapid indeed.
