Do You Use a Listing Broker?
You spent a number of years before you got your first deal. Was it not disheartening to keep losing on deals? The factor is there, but I want to get in better success and also try different ways. Do you use the listing broker or do you come with your own broker? I always go with a listing broker. So that's an idea if we bring our buying side brokers, then you participate the commission they will get.
