We Need a Multi Media, Video, Social Media Conference
We need a meritocracy. Someone who's got proven skills, who's worked in the industry will be invited to come speak and share their knowledge instead of being shunned. We do need our own multi media, video, social media conference that actually talks about merit. The woke multicultural democracy is a religious hierarchy. If you are part of the party, you get privileged actand the chool of the gra aritac if the crowd decides who gets to go speak at it. But then you got to avoid popularity contests. So thereis going to be oe some sort of calculation hat doesn't work.
