Talent development can be absolutely, it can eat up time. It can cause young people to sacrifice social and educational experiences. So that's problem number one. Problem number two is because of the physical, the psychological and social demands of developing talent, the health and well-being of a young person can be impacted. These are our two main concerns when it comes to talent development environments. And so what you're suggesting is let's stop being so narrow in terms of what a talent development environment is. What you're saying is, ah, ah, hang on, let's broaden this in order to positively influence the experiences that young people and their parents have throughout the talent development pathway.
