Is It Better to Agree on a Carbon Tax?
There are methods of getting on like different countries and agreeing on, for example, a carbon tax. And there are many theories of how that can be done so that, you know, we'll get started. I mean, they only discuss like emission reduction targets. So not sure whether whether it would be a better strategy to kind of agree on a carbon tax that will be same. But of course, the situation now with the war and everything makes all this even more difficult because China is kind of siding with Russia - although maybe not.
