Using Cervical Fluid to Identify When to Test Your Progesterone
You want to test the progesterone, what we call mid-ludial in the middle of your ludial phase. It should be seven days after ovulation. So you can do the mucus thing where you can identify your peak day. And so 7 days after peak, if you do your base of body temperature,. You're looking for three temperatures that are higher than the previous six. That would be like the sixth or the seventh high temperature and you're getting mid-lude.
