The Importance of Empathy in M&A
At Bellas and with the management team, we focus a lot on empathy. I just fully recognize how busy everyone is. Do people have the time to go out and find every single abstract that's at every single conference about the chronic cough space? No, they don't. So we put in place kind of like a due diligence folder that, you know, if you want to see all of our competitors abstract and publications, we'll give it to you. We'll make it easy for you. And then maybe on your second point about kind of being rational about M&A and thinking about what do you have today? What is the value of that today?"
