Is There a Legal Representation for Algorithmic Creation?

The expression came first and has been around as long as people have been able to make a sound. Mainly it's others that are trying to capitalize on this inspiration and take advantage of the artist. The diplomatic term is stakeholder. But I think one of the big questions then comes up here is how they will in general treat these algorithmic creation processes, right?
