The Uniqueness of REITs From a Quant Strategy Perspective

I always found REITs to be fascinating from a quant strategy perspective yeah absolutely and I think you know I may have briefly touched on it but there's just so many sectors of REITs. My highest exposure is to VICI properties which is a gaming and hospitality REIT they're the largest landlord on the Las Vegas strip 45% or or 50% of their entire exposure as a portfolio is there in Las Vegas. They've honed in on that sector whether times are booming or we're going through a recession.
