The Pressure on Bonds in the Secondary Market

I'm seeing some pressure in the secondary market to get bonds moved. It doesn't happen with extreme frequency, but it has happened in pockets. The highest yielding bond that met my search parameter is a small odd lot at a 490 sort of same credits. I would like for the rest of my order to be filled at a 2490, please. But in all seriousness, the distribution rate is a 452, pays monthly and I put there to a 37% tax bracket.
