Certain types of people who will opt in rather at much lower rates than others. Absently speaking of opting in, you've done a lot of work around opting in for considerations for promotions and other professional development. i feel like the next step after this, like the performance kind of development training step that we just talked about, is this like promotionand right, like how people advance in te company.
