In the book that dad is not dead. And i feel like it makes the impact of what's going on between c j and her mam resinant more, because there is this third party of her dad. I think a lot of times these shows will just get rid of one parent to to simplify the narrative. Yes, i agree. Without a her death in the ficture, it sort of, i don't know how they're going to work out the twist now, i guess. But i don't want to give more away, because i really enjoy the show,. so i want people to to get drawn in.
