When I'm in My Low Self Worth, Does It Feel Like Loyalty?

When i'm in my low self worth, does it feel like loyalty? So oftentimes i would be staying in dis functional relationships. This was actually a deeper level imprinting of my childhood of low self worth. Loyalty to me is probably like, very low on myqualities list. There's also the question i've had to ask myself about, when am i energy matching for safety? And so i've really had to understand how co dependency plays a role in my life.
