The Importance of Sleeping Backwards
In a college town, what do people want to do there? They're going to school. In an Airbnb host's home, they're sleeping in most cases because the curtains or shades that they have are horrendous. A simple little investment of a couple hundred dollars would be a massive difference. The cool thing about real estate is it's pretty intuitive. You don't have to have a rocket science degree how to analyze markets. No you just need to be a shopper who's lived in the neighborhood and go get on the street.
