Anonymous listener: I don't know what to do about an insecure team mate who makes me want to take the show's primary advice and get a new job. This person hedges on every estimate, critically ize team mates, makes constant excuses, minimizes others work, complains about everything. Is enabled by well meaning but unassertive colleagues. Constantly requires help, doesn't listen, assumes they are right until proven wrong,. passively aggressively confronts individuals in a group setting. Yes, my daughter checks off most of these. There's another explanation, grandparents are great. That was a joke.
