The Virgiliae and Paralysium
The Greeks call the succulae by the name of Hyades in consequence of the rain and clouds which they bring with them. In Assyria it sets upon the twelfth before the Calens of May. Such are pretty nearly the movements of the constellations up to the sixth before the Ides of May, the period of the rising of the Virgiliae.
