The Obsceneness of the Order of Protection in the Domestic Violence Case

Jessica Gonzalez lost a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend. The court ruled that the state had no obligation to enforce it, which she calls "absurd" CNN's John Sutter says he doesn't see how this could be seen as an issue of property rights or life and liberty. He says if police can do whatever they want in domestic violence cases then we should let them have their way.
