In college, I became really interested in this idea of how we can start to find different solutions to solving common pool resource problems or collective action problems that don't rely on these kind of like macro state structures. And that's basically like the answer there, you know, in some form is something that looks like dows and looks like essentially small groups collaborating to overcome collective action problems.
