Do You Think the Rove Way Is a Good Compromise?

Without the rove way decision, we will have states with radically different laws around abortion. I don't think that most liberals would find find 12 weeks to be a an adequate compromise. One of the reasons that this is so disturbing is that it will effect marginalized people and poor people who don't have access to workarounds. But kicking this back to the states really is part of the democratic process. And i think there's a lot of catastrophizing going on here.
