How to Have a Conversation With Prospects About a Project

Matias: Have you ever come across the challenge of having a client want something that you just, you know, as an architecture like that's terrible? And then how do you have that conversation? Or does that not happen to you? Oh, yes, it has prospects, not a client per se. We did have a challenge of a project we thought was going to be modern and all, and it was inside a historic district. That was a challenge because we had to change the facade, change completely the style of the house. Let me say, I learned about it. Now we know where it went to identify how to identify these historic districts or properties.
