What's Important in Sociocracy?

At pathfinder, we would give the kids 200 dollars a month and they could spend it on whatever they wanted. At sociaxy for all I just got elected as facilitator of a circle that i haven't been facilitator b before. So what makes a good blank? A good facilitator is calm and checks in with everybody and sets a good mood. Then you elect you nominate someone and say why you're nominating them. That's the first round. Yet, after hearing what everybody says and why, then you can change your mind. And something else we did at the end of that mating was we celebrated tell us about the sludy of celebration.
