If you're worried about catering to the other 80% that gives you 20% of your return, the golden goose could die. Your wheelhouse is being ignored and you could lose these big dogs. If all signs are pointing to really an increase in value in some of those members of the 80%, you can focus on them but don't do it at the expense of your wheelhouse. It can make sense to offer side products. That's a great strategy sometimes. But stay focused, you will maximize your advantage and you will minimize your risk.
