The Importance of Small Things in a Meeting
In an ideal world we'll have the meeting at about 10 a.m. on an average day because it will generally run for a couple of hours. We want them to have a conversation and say, wow, that was amazing. That was much better than I expected. This was all about our family, our life and our future. So knowing that what we, what a good outcome looks like, we reverse engineer. And so when do you ideally have the meeting? What time of day?
