How Do You Get Your Customers on the Phone?
I export like the last n days of orders from Shopify usually like 30 up to like five days prior. Then I write down a list of questions that I'm going to be asking them on the interview and follow up the day beforehand and ask if they're still on for the call. And at the end of the call I give them a $50 gift card either to the store or Amazon. See that's worth the price of admission because no one wants to pick up the phone and do the most valuable thing you could do which is fire up phone.app and place a call. You'll get your customers on the phone and ask them non leading questions.
