Are You the Visionary or the Operator?
Chris: One of the biggest problems is that when you sort off as an entrepreneur, you have to be both the visionary and the operator. And I think so many business owners are unhappy because they're doing all of those roles. So first part of my work is strategic planning in terms of understanding what are the obstacles, like what do we need to knock down to get from A to B? Kelly: It's building the machine, that's sort of a simple way of putting it together, but it's understanding where your company is going.
