What Makes for a Really Good Group Conversation?

i know from your twitter feed that you, like, often when you go to dinner with people or like, things like that. And i'm wondering sort of this same question, but from that angle of, like, what do you think makes for a really good group conversation outside of a salon? My i think that the five rows of hosting and the four rows of get fore the five rows ialways mix up can be applied on any conversation.
