Epistemically Navigating Psychosis

Sally Kohn: We have a really poor understanding of what psychosis is, even what we think it is. She says the behaviors and attitudes that she was engaged in at the time fit the definition of a psychotic episode. But then I put like my spiritual hat on, where I've been there myself. And this also ticks all those boxes of like, yep, there is this thing that's sort of out there. Until you feel it, you've experienced it, it doesn't it.
