Valentina is a psychologist from Santiago, Chile, who works with at-risk children placed in government care. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Valentina and her fiancé moved to Puerto Varas to start fresh and escape city life. One day, while working at her new job, she and a coworker encounter an old woman and a young boy who seem to bring a dark energy into the office. This energy continues to manifest, eventually compelling them to take action to rid themselves of it.
