Collaboration Is Not About Compromise When You Collaborate

Success is not a very good teacher all the time. It's a great teacher in some respects, it has gives you u a framing of what might be working for you. The problem with it is that we have delusions of grandeur. We think the whole package is what made us successful. Success doesn't make you more willing to take the steps necessary to change the mould or get better at it. Once you're successful, you'll have a hundred competitors trying to copy you. That ends of being christian play play. And so that's really what i mean by success always not being failure.
