I think sometimes when I get with people I feel a bit deflated after because I've expected that they're going to give me something. It's funny how easy it is to have that kind of like on nights out to be to get a connection with someone and have fun getting with them but then it's actually not intimacy. Recently I need to put myself out though or try to talk to someone like every time I've been like texting a guy I just stop replying and stuff. That's actually vulnerability and intimacy and that’s what I'm like ew about. Whereas like going up to a guy in a bar has quite become easier so I haven't made as much progress
