I think the perspective from labor lawyers we've talked to is that they are getting increasingly close to just stopping worker organizing in a way that could be problematic. That's august ninth. August twentieth, apple basically caves to both employ pressure and the delta variant and says, not opening the office until january. And crucially for them, the discussion around this remote work advocacy almost instantly dies down. Employees start worrying about other issues. This will probably come back in january if they try and bring people back
