In the us, it's much more difficult because there's a lot more fragmentation of health care delivery. I think the harder task is to have a picture of how the transmission is evolving in the population from day to day and week to week. One of the first things that c f a has done in terms of establishing some of these parimeters was a study with the kaiser permanente southern california group.
