The Problem With CSS and Tailwind
It's really scary to remove stuff out of CSS. If you know the HTML changes while the application is running it can be really challenging to verify that a certain style doesn't get used somewhere. Just having lots of CSS rules in and of itself is a significant overhead on the browser because the browser needs to compute and apply all these CSS rules.
