The Importance of Transfer Growth in a Church

I think the transfer growth is real, but there's a lot of layers to that. I would say probably 50% of our church has given their life to Christ in the last three years. And so we're grateful for the people that God sends. As a pastor you just got to learn how to love with an open hand and release people when they're ready to move on.
