The ACLU's Win in a Child Pornography Case
The ACLU was successful in getting a restraining order against this district attorney preventing him from filing child pornography charges. Their main argument was that the photos didn't actually meet the definition of child pornography. So they did have a girl who was topless but that doesn't count as a lascivious focus on genitals. Yes. This is one of those like let me google that for you cases. Oh I know and prosecutors do this all the time because they just see a sexual image of a child and they'll sort of say to the parents and the teen like this is child pornography.
