Bebop Is a Good Background Music

I listened to a lot of jazz. Although less now, because I think some of the bebop stuff is so cerebral. Like my brain is always sort of spinning, but like when I put that on, it is sort of soothing. It kind of seems like a reasonable backdrop to my head. Some of it can be kind of shrill and a little bit much. But there's some shit that I can listen to.
